A discussion of getting more FOSS on Windows and Mac platforms, including specifically better ogg support on both platforms. FOSS = Free and Open Source Software.

On September 5th, 2008 workingwriter says:

No need to feel guilty: Free and Open Source Software.

Sometimes (especially in international forums) you'll see it as FLOSS: Free/Libre and Open Source Software.
